At KB- Creations, your satisfaction matters. because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify , we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. 

Damage, Defective, or Incorrect Items if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Kymberbraun1995@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. well work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
